Simon & Dorit Marshall

Serving with ECMI is a great privilege. I love to see people grow in their knowledge of God, and thrive in their faith, and to see him at work through them in the expansion of his kingdom. My prayer is that the Lord will lead you to the right person for this important task, that he may be glorified and that the light of the Good News may shine ever brighter in the continent of Europe.

Simon Marshall joined ECMI as International Director in January 2020. Prior to this, he had been Principal at Tilsley College, a small Bible College in Motherwell, Scotland which is part of GLO-Europe, a church-planting mission. Simon is married to Dorit, who is from the Faroe Islands, and they have two children and five grandchildren.

Their Christian service has seen them live in England, Scotland, India and Czechia.

This ministry included time at Hebron School in Tamil Nadu, India, being on staff at the International Church of Prague, and Simon’s being pastor of Beacon Heath Church in Exeter, England. In his life before ‘full-time’ ministry, Simon was a teacher in the Faroe Islands where Dorit and he lived for ten years.
