"Groundbreaking" video of project in the Netherlands

The pilot of Serve the City Maastricht project was groundbreaking, literally and figuratively.

The local service organizationServe the City got off and running on 7 Feb. with initiatives at the Suringar School and the Credo House. ECM workers Roland and Carolien Smith were part of it and this video was produced by their son Stephen.
